Common questions

How do I delete my account?

On the web, go to Account settings and use "Delete account". In the app, open the Profile tab and scroll to "Danger zone". Either way, your name, email and photo are scrubbed straight away and login is blocked permanently.

How do payments work?

When you join a game that costs money, you pay your share securely in the app via Stripe. gaffr never sees or stores your full card details.

A game I joined got cancelled, or I was charged incorrectly
